This policy covers BeeHiveStack LLC and the BeeHive services. The services are offered to people and businesses in the United States.
Information we collect
If you use a form on this site, book a call, or contact BeeHiveStack LLC, we collect:
- Name
- Phone number, only if you type one
- Email address
- Business name, only if you type one
- Trade, meaning the type of work you do
- Website, only if you type one
- The plan you pick, monthly or annual if you pick one, and any message you write
- Form submissions: the information you send through a form on this site
- Call recordings, when a call with BeeHiveStack LLC is recorded
- Whether you checked the text-message box, the wording of the box, and the time it was checked
- The page the form was on, and the browser string sent with the request
The signup form on this website collects the fields above. After checkout you'll get a short setup form inside your account for your business name, phone, website, address, hours, Google review link, and services. If you buy a BeeHive plan, information you and your customers put into the account is processed to provide that service. Payment details are collected on the checkout page.
Our host, Cloudflare, may process connection data such as IP address to deliver the site. We do not copy that address into the form database.

Text messages from BeeHive
Program name: BeeHive.
Message types: Replies to your questions, demo and appointment confirmations and reminders, setup and account notices, and support follow-ups. We only text people who check the text box or text us first.

Text messages (SMS)
If you check a text-message box on one of our forms, we collect your mobile number, the wording of the box you checked, the date and time you checked it, and the page you were on. We use this only to send the texts you asked for and to keep a record of your consent.
We may share your number with the phone and messaging providers that deliver our texts, only so they can deliver them. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
Who we share it with
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information with service providers that host the site, store form submissions, or send us an email notice of a new form. Those providers include Cloudflare (hosting and forms), our customer messaging platform and its phone carrier partners, and, if configured, an email delivery provider such as Resend or SendGrid. They get what they need to do that job.
We may share information if the law requires it, or if the business is transferred. A transfer would still be BeeHiveStack LLC, or its buyer, and this policy would still describe the same duties unless we update it.
Mobile numbers and text-message opt-in data are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing.
Cookies
Cloudflare may use cookies needed to deliver the site. If a spam check is turned on for the form, that check may set a cookie. You can use the form by emailing us instead.

How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept so we can reply and keep a record of SMS consent. Email support@beehivestack.net if you want a copy, a correction, or deletion. We will reply. We delete a record after we confirm it is yours, unless we have to keep it for a legal reason.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. No method of storage is perfect. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers through the form.
Children
BeeHive is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. The page at /privacy is the current version.
