Refund policy
This policy covers plans sold by BeeHiveStack LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (Tennessee Secretary of State Control #002158590, formed November 4, 2026), 713 Winfield Dunn Pkwy Ste 2 #1014, Sevierville, TN 37876. A trial or a charge starts on the checkout page for the plan you choose.
Setup
Self-service setup has no setup fee to refund. Receptionist setup is quoted before work begins, and that quote is not a plan setup fee.

A card is required to start a trial. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged the subscription for that plan. If the checkout page shows a different trial length, the checkout page is the one that applies. Charges appear as BEEHIVESTACK on your statement.
After a subscription charge
Once a subscription charge has been made, that charge is not refunded, except where the law requires a refund. Canceling stops the next renewal. It does not refund a period that has already been billed.
Usage
Calls and AI minutes are billed from your account wallet. Usage that has already been incurred is not refunded.
Add-ons
A quoted receptionist setup is not refunded once the work has started, except where the law requires a refund.

Email us from the address on the account. Include the plan name and whether billing was monthly or annual. We typically reply within 1–2 business days. Calls answered 24/7. Our team follows up 9 AM–5 PM ET, Mon–Fri.
If the checkout page disagrees
The amount, the trial, and the renewal terms you accept are the ones on the checkout page. If that page conflicts with this policy about what you are charged, the checkout page controls the charge. This policy still describes how a refund request is handled.
The terms of service, the privacy policy, and the SMS terms also apply. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without using conflict-of-law rules to pick another state’s law.
