Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and BeeHiveStack LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (Tennessee Secretary of State Control #002158590, formed November 4, 2026), 713 Winfield Dunn Pkwy Ste 2 #1014, Sevierville, TN 37876 ("BeeHive," "we," "us"). They cover the website at beehivestack.net and the BeeHive services. By using the site or a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The services are offered to people and businesses in the United States. You need to be at least 18.
The services
BeeHive sells BeeHive Starter, BeeHive Growth, and BeeHive Receptionist AI. Each plan includes the features that plan lists. Your account opens from your plan's ready-made setup, and your onboarding answers fill in your business details. After checkout you'll get a short setup form inside your account. Self-service setup has no setup fee. BeeHive Starter includes a 14-day free trial, card required. BeeHive Growth includes a 14-day free trial, card required. BeeHive Receptionist AI includes a 14-day free trial, card required. Calls and AI minutes are billed from your account wallet. Custom advertising management and a design retainer sit outside these plans. 123DemoPro is a separate product. More about each plan is on the services page. The software in the account is licensed for your use while the plan is active. You keep the rights to content you upload.
The standard plans are not for storing protected health information.
Prices and checkout
The plan prices on this website are final. The renewal and cancellation terms that control are the ones shown when you pay. Payment happens on the checkout page. How trials, cancellation, and refunds work is in the refund policy.
Your use
You will give accurate information. You will not use the service to break the law, to send messages without the consent those messages require, or to interfere with the service. You are responsible for the content you upload and for the email and text messages you send to your own customers, including permission, opt-out, and any carrier registration those messages need.
Leads, rankings, reviews, delivery of messages, carrier approval, uptime, and revenue are not guaranteed.
No guarantee of results
Your results depend on how you run your business. BeeHive gives you the tools to capture more leads, reviews, booked jobs and revenue, but we can't guarantee specific results.
Text messages from BeeHive
Program name: BeeHive.
Message types: Replies to your questions, demo and appointment confirmations and reminders, setup and account notices, and support follow-ups. We only text people who check the text box or text us first.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

The site content
The BeeHive name and the words and design of this website belong to BeeHiveStack LLC. You may not copy them for your own product. Product sites we link to, including 123DemoPro, have their own terms.
Disclaimers
The site and the services are provided as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI output can be wrong. You review anything that will be sent or published in your name.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, BeeHiveStack LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid BeeHiveStack LLC for the service involved in the three months before the claim. If you have not paid a fee, that limit is one hundred U.S. dollars. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limit is the strongest one the law allows.
Your responsibility for claims
You will cover BeeHiveStack LLC against claims that come from your content, the messages you send, or your misuse of the service, including reasonable legal costs.
Stopping the service
You can stop using the site at any time. We can suspend access if you break these terms or if we have to for a legal reason. Billing end dates are the ones on the checkout page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without using conflict-of-law rules to pick another state’s law. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
Changes and the whole agreement
We may update these terms by changing this page and the date at the top. These terms, the refund policy, the SMS terms, the privacy policy, and the checkout terms you accept are the whole agreement. If a checkout page conflicts with a price printed on this website, the checkout page wins on the amount charged.
