These terms cover the BeeHive text-message program. BeeHive is a brand of BeeHiveStack LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (Tennessee Secretary of State Control #002158590), 713 Winfield Dunn Pkwy Ste 2 #1014, Sevierville, TN 37876.
Text messages from BeeHive
Program name: BeeHive.
Message types: Replies to your questions, demo and appointment confirmations and reminders, setup and account notices, and support follow-ups. We only text people who check the text box or text us first.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

What we send
If you opt in, BeeHive sends text messages about your requests, demos, appointments, setup and account: replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, setup and account notices, and support follow-ups. We do not send marketing texts under this program.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the text-message box on one of our web forms: the text message opt-in form, the demo form, the callback form, or the free growth ideas form. The box starts unchecked. You do not have to check it to send a form, get a demo, or buy a plan. On the opt-in form, the phone number is optional too. The box reads: “Yes, BeeHive may text me about my request, demo, appointments and account (replies, confirmations, reminders and support). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Texts are optional and not required to submit this form or to buy.”
You can also opt in by texting START to (865) 252-3400.

Message and data rates may apply. Ask your mobile carrier about your plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no more texts after that. Reply START to sign up again. You can still use the website and buy a plan without texts.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
